• Confirmation vote by the people for the Foundational Agreements and the Laws of Rights
and Governance
• Confirmation of the Agreement of Nonaggression by the people of each nation.
• Community Agreements confirmed by community members

• Vote of Standard Needs production and services by the people
• Confirmation of Global Debt Settlement Plan
• Negotiation of compensation for investors and capital assets for the exchange of Willits

• Gifted assets to the people to be entered into the System Core
• Vote of asset compensation claims – approved by the people
• Data entry of:
o Resources, Raw Materials, and inventory
o Products and available services

o College degrees and academics – certification and licenses
Medical Records, etc.
• Confirmation vote for the allocation of resources to Production Units, Management Teams,
and Independent Producers

• Citizens enter household inventory for upgrades, recalls, priority allocation, and previously
purchased goods
