and needs provision. These changes will help to heal our ecological systems and our domestic and
international relationships.
SHOULD ONE KILL AND ENSLAVE OTHERS FOR PROFIT, LEISURE, AND COMFORTS?
Oil is the blood of the earth, and should only be used when necessary. Yet, many people still
commute alone in their cars to jobs that are not vital to our economy (with exception to the fact,
their work provides them with the money required to purchase the necessities of life), in cars that
set idle 80 percent of the time.
Until mankind creates the technological advancements required to prevent resource wars, and to
better manage our social and economic systems, oil conservation will be required.
Efforts the System Core will aid:
• Technological advancements in clean and renewable energy will be of primary importance.
• Non-fossil fuel dependent mass commuter rail systems that link communities and cities.
• Communal use of resources to avoid non-essential use of resources
• Self-sufficient communities and cities to lessen transportation requirements.
o Telecommuting and Multi-Business Work Centers
Communities must be designed so the use of electric/solar vehicles, commuter rail systems, and
vehicle sharing programs are feasible.
WAR
If war is ended by treaty, then there is never a reason for war. What is required is the
acknowledgement of rights and just treatment.
The administrative bodies of the System Core will not engage in acts of war, nor sabotage. Should
war occur, the System Core’s administrative bodies will ensure the restoration of all nations’
economic systems and data, in the hope that when sane minds prevail, the System Core can aid
reconstruction and recovery efforts.
