RITES OF PASSAGE (FOR YOUTHS)
Rites of passage confirmation is the entitlement to all social benefits based on the social contract.

Every individual will be educated about the rights and responsibilities of adulthood.

High school students will be educated in raising a family, the cost associated with raising children,
all laws, and how they can engage the legislative and judicial systems.

They will also be educated in the social contract and how to resolve conflicts without physical
               abuse of another person.

Prior to the Rights of Passage an individual may explore other communities within or outside of
their nation to determine the best location for their residency.

Parents will be compensated and awarded Willit compensation after the child receives the Rites of
Passage and upon confirmation by the child that the parent was a good steward.

OIL – THE BLOOD OF THE EARTH
The resource wars for the control of oil field reserves has begun, and will continue until mankind
               creates viable energy alternatives.

Our industries and lives are stubbornly entrenched and obsessed with oil. Oil is thought of as a
cheap means of energy that enables our societies to function, but at the cost of many lives for its
               procurement and profit.

Humans survived without mass production of refined oil before the industrial revolution. Work was

hard, labor abuses were suffered; but, even without oil millions were clothed and fed. Now, there
are many more people to share the burden of care and provision.

With aid of the System Core, the changes that are required to switch from oil dependency to
alternative energy can be accomplished. Oil conservation will be required.

The implementation of True Cost principles, Community Kitchens, manufacturing upon purchase
(with a three percentage inventory allotment of produced products), and production consent by
the people, will change the focus of our global economy from growth and profit, to conservation
