authorize, condone, fund, nor manage, nor bring about the killing of, or physical abuse of, any
human. Self-defense against immediate and imminent danger is the only exception to this
               provision.

The punishment for violations of this act will be exile, Level 1 (if approved by the people).

Issues concerning abortion or a woman’s reproductive rights and health will be the private concern
of women and their physicians – no, administrative body, nor group, may propose legislation that
will hinder or limit a woman’s rights or freedom of choice regarding the concerns of her own body.

The killing, eating, or enslavement of animals is strongly discouraged and no less egregious than the
killing or enslavement of human beings. If one demands the right of life for self and freedom from
abuse, one should and must extend it to all beings.

Goal of Enactment 3: End of physical and mental abuse by governments

ENACTMENT 4 – RIGHT OF SELF DEFENSE
No law shall be passed, nor sentence of exile issued, for individuals that protect themselves from
direct and immediate danger. Coaxing or actions that incite violence, which result in physical harm
               or death are exilable offenses.
Goal of Enactment – Right to protect self from physical harm, if one is innocent.

ENACTMENT 5 – RIGHT OF PRIVACY
The Right of privacy is to be extended to all, and is limited to the confines of one’s home or
dwelling – for actions that one commits in that space so long as such actions do not impede the
right of life, liberty, safety, and freedom of other individuals.
Goal of Enactment: To ensure the right of privacy of the individual – just as one has the privacy of

               one’s thoughts.

ENACTMENT 6 – OPEN COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY
No law shall be passed that infringes the People’s right to peaceable assembly.

No law shall be enacted that limits or prevents the distribution or sharing of information, or
knowledge, in real-time, book form, or any other means of information exchange between
               individuals or groups.

And, no law shall be passed that prevents individuals from collecting and sharing information.
Likewise, to ensure full disclosure by all parties, the administrative bodies for governance will have
the right of information collection and dissemination.
