BUDGET | BUILDING THE SYSTEM CORE

The world we reside in today resulted from past errors. Errors which we must now correct to
ensure we have a future. Our current economic system requires the raising of funds to show
power, and will be required to resurrect the knowledge tree that will help prevent future errors.

It would be ideal if the System Core could come about by wishing. But wishes and prayer will not

make it so. Actions that right past wrongs are required. There is no other way. Evil prevails when
good men ignore the truth and do nothing.

The estimated cost for planning, development, and the testing phase is approximately 82 million
dollars per year for four years.

Cost estimates for the planning and development of the System Core are estimated at
$628,000,000 for Phase I - Planning, through Phase V - Testing. With an estimated 144,000
foundation members contributing $622 per year for seven years, the cost is roughly $51.86 per
month, or $1.73 per day per foundation member.

Estimated development cost does not take into consideration World-Wide implementation.

Implementation of the System Core will be part of the Global Standard Needs Agreement, once the

people approve integration and infrastructure acquisition.
