• Strategic recall of obsolete products for disassembly and redistribution
Examples:
o Internal combustion cars will be recalled for the exchange of Solar Electrical Vehicles

o Obsolete computer and technical equipment
o Dwelling reconstruction
o The decontamination of lands
o The break-down and recycling of abandoned and/or unused materials and landfills

• Global Communications System and Data Center infrastructure Upgrades and Development
