Goal: To ensure affordable and safe housing for all People.
AdvanCN supports not only affordable and safe housing but the means to ensure that every person
has a home, without the burden of debt, and to end the antiquated landlord system.
Our mission is to ensure every individual and family has a home that is safe, well maintained, and
provided to them based on Earned Equity.
LOGIC
Housing is a fundamental right and basic need for every human being. And, should not be a for
profit endeavor.
Minimum Square footage for housing should be determined by the people, based on the land mass
available, with 50 percent left unused, 25 percent for agriculture and 25 percent for housing and
infrastructure.
