The ownership of land is an old-world concept conceived from greed, and the madness and fear of
self-protectionism, in a parasitic and predatory world.
The confiscation of land is not being condoned herein. True Cost principles employed by the
System Core will inevitably prove private ownership of land and houses to be impractical in a truly
equitable world.
HOMES
Instead of banks issuing mortgages for procurement of land and houses, housing will be a Standard
Need obtained through earning equity.
FARMLAND
Farmland will be managed by individuals, families, and corporations – who will be paid Earned
Equity and Willits for land management.
Example: Farmers may select to retain their lands, however, they will pay the True Cost for all
goods and services rendered to them, as well as the true cost for gas, labor, transportation, and the
social allowance of infrastructure usage. Farmers can sell 60 percent of their products to the
Standard Needs Administration at True Cost (which offsets their initial investment after the product
is brought to market), offer 30% exclusively to the iWAUT Market (I Will Accept Universal Tender),
and 10% to International Reserve markets, and receive Willits for their transactions.
However, farmers that select to yield property ownership rights will be paid the full Willit value for
their lands, will incur no upfront cost in bringing products to market, and can be designated as Land
Managers. They will have the option of residing in their homes for the duration of their life should
the people determine the best use for the land is that of agriculture. Should the people decide to
reject farmland usage, the farmers will be provided with housing as part of their Standard Needs
Earned Equity – in which they may opt to provide agricultural services for their Earned Equity
and/or Willits.
The time of private property rights will end due to population growth. Yet, the right to, and fair
assignment of usage, will help to stabilize families and create an unbreakable bond between the
people for the care of all resources.
Retirement of the ideology of private property will end the inclination for resource wars. With a
system of collaboration, equity, and justice, all people will have access to the resources required to
sustain themselves and society without the necessity of poverty and war.
