PROPERTY ACQUISITION BY SEIZURE - STANDARD NEEDS EARNED EQUITY SYSTEM
The Global Compensation and Transaction Administration, may not, nor any System Core

Administration, deprive the people of the land they have placed their energy into by seizure.

However, the people of a nation may acquisition land and resources by enactment, so long as the
land holder is adequately compensated, the land acquired by the people is used to benefit the
entire community including the owner/s the land was acquired from, and the use of the land will
pose no ecological nor physical danger.

Once property is entered into the Standard Needs Earned Equity System, it may not be bought nor
               sold for private ownership.
