Willit compensation for students is calculated in similar fashion to Willit compensation for
production and service provision.

Willits earned by students can be traded for the goods and services they desire in the iWAUT

Market upon parental approval. Student compensation is an incentive to ensure students
understand their future earnings will directly correlate with their education and competence levels,
and teaches students the value of hard work.

Basic, intermediate, and advanced levels for a grade level are used to determine rates of
compensation, as well as weekly test scores.

The first step in processing Willits for students is the entry of School Hours and Study hours.
