STUDENT WILLIT EXAMPLE:
We will determine the compensation for a student named Angela (see Figure 20, page 151):
Reference Step 3/5:
We will give Angela an age of 16, and a Grade Level of 10
Reference Step 6:
Angela is studying an Advanced Level 5 Curriculum (honor roll).
Reference Step 7:
Angela is a student so the Hierarchy will remain constant.
Reference Step 8:
Angela scores 83 percent on her weekly test.
Angela will receive 176.60 Willits per week for her studies, yet she is losing 36.17 Willits
because she is not yet 100% competent based on her test scores.
Students also receive monthly bonuses for healthy living and acceptable social behavior.
THE GOAL
Students who achieve academic success are rewarded. Students that have performed below
average will have a visual tool to measure their success and potential. Students are also motivated
to acquire the things they desire through academic success. Students will learn from a very early
age they must work for the things they desire in life.
PARENT-TEACHER COMPENSATION
A parent who desires to stay home with their child will be compensated for teaching their child.
Their pay will be based on how well their children perform on their weekly or bi-weekly
examination at a fractional rate based on class size.
Compensation will be available to the parent for children aged four to fourteen so long as there is
no physical abuse of the child and the child has achieved 80 percent competency on their test,
based on the nation’s home study teaching plan.
