All universities and institutions of higher learning will recognize all course work taken by an
individual. All transferred credits are assessed and applied towards a program degree.

PROCTORS AND TESTING
Online and onsite testing proctors will monitor students during testing sessions.

Testing will be computer, lab, or residency based, and administered by testing officials regardless of
the school or college an individual attends.

Certification or licensure by the Board of Education Certification and Licensing (BECL) will be
required to confirm a degree, regardless of the institution one attends.

Thus, an individual’s final testing scores will be the driving factor of their ranking and job
opportunities, and not the institution they attended, as the curriculum, regardless of the
institution, is the primary importance.

Thus, self-taught individuals may be certified and licensed in fields without having attended
college, provided they pass test requirements. This provision is provided to encourage and detect
abstract thinkers, and geniuses.
