This breeds hatred animosity and exploitation and further abuse of the poor and/or financial
hardship on indigent individuals as well as potential financial hardship upon attorneys.

Attorneys, lawyers, and or counsel will be compensated for their time by the Justice and Civil Rights
Protection Agency (the judicial oversight body of the GCTA), at the agreed upon Legal Services
Union Rate Agreement.

An attorney or a law firm, will review a case, determine if the complaint has merit, and file the case
with the JCRPA to ensure accurate time accounting for payment of service.

The attorney or law firm will contract with service providers who will also be compensated by the
JCRPA (GCTA) for:

1. Court Cost 5. Investigation Services
2. Depositions 6. Mediation Services

3. Transcripts 7. Experts and witnesses
4. Audio and video services 8. etc.

The payment of all judicial costs for civil and criminal plaintiffs and defendants will be ensured for
all people regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, income level, or sexual preference.

Assurance of justice and representation will ensure all people are in receipt of justice. And will
ensure the people do not have to settle their court cases under private agreements of non-
disclosure, which would allow an individual or corporation to hide their wrong-doing.

JURY COMPENSATION
Jurors will be compensated for jury duty based on their personal Willit rate. This ensures Jury
Services is non-punitive for the individuals who serve to right wrongs.

VERDICT BONUS COMPENSATION
Attorneys will receive (up to) a 20 percent bonus, if the judge or jury finds in their favor regardless
if they are counsel for the plaintiff or the defendant – this is to ensure every person has excellent
representation and a true advocate during court proceedings.

Ten percent of the attorney’s bonus will be based on the client’s perception of how their case was
handled, if they were well informed, and if they perceive they were adequately represented.
