findings and reviews datacenter, and action order

               enforcement application.

private, and criminal grievances and corruption to
ensure the people are in receipt of justice.

All complaints entered into the Grievance Center, by
Rights Enforcement Officers are open to the public,

completely transparent, and will be independently
investigated and brought to a judge for an initial
               finding.

Judges determine the initial findings of guilt or
innocence. If all parties are satisfied with the finding,
the case is finalized. If all parties are not satisfied, the
case can be remanded for arbitration, then a jury trial,

Supreme Court review and findings, and finally to the
people. Judgement by the people is the final
               judgement.
