System Core Development Contract

PURPOSE
All donations for the planning, development, and implementation of the System Core will be used
for the purposes outlined within the Systemic Reform Solutions proposal dated January 2020. All
software developed through your donation will be for the exclusive use of the People and the
administrative bodies, corporations, organizations, and individuals designated by the people.

The System Core or any of its component parts may not be sold to any third party.

CONTRACT
This Software Development Agreement states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual
agreement between Advancian, a Subsidiary of AdvanCN, having its principal place of business
in Chicago, IL, (the “Developer”), and the People and Donors (the “Client”) who agree to be bound
by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, the Developer has conceptualized The System Core (the “Software”), which is described
in detail within the proposal named and date Systemic Reform Solutions of January 2020 and the
Developer is a contractor with whom the Client has come to an agreement to develop the
Software.

NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties to
this Software Development Agreement, the Developer and the Client (individually, each a “Party”
and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:

1. DEVELOPER’S DUTIES
The Client hereby engages the Developer and the Developer hereby agrees to be engaged by the
Client to develop the Software in accordance with the specifications within the Systemic Reform
Solutions plan (the “Specifications”).

The Developer shall complete the development of the Software according to the milestones that
will be confirmed by the people. In accordance with such milestones, the final product shall be
delivered to the Client within nine years, after all funds have been raised (the “Delivery Date”).

For a period of the life of the Software, the Developer shall provide the Client with answers to any
questions or assist in solving any problems with regard to the operation of the Software and bill the
Client at the Developers’ Willit Rate for any assistance thereafter. The Developer agrees to respond
to any reasonable request for assistance made by the Client regarding the Software within [the
time frame designated by the people] of the request.
