APPENDIX - A

               TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS
The System Core will require entry and communication systems for administrators and the public,
and will be composed of inter-tier level systems.

System levels are outline based on a hierarchal system ranging from level 0 to level 8: community
district level (L1) will be a tier one level system; City level (L2) will be a tier two level system, State
               level (L3), National level access (L4), Regional level (L5), a central data storage infrastructure (L6);
and a global neurological core processing network (L7) that feeds from all System Hierarchal
Networks for analysis and reporting based on a standardized field assignment dictionary for all
data, and a standardized record categorization system, and segmented by the individual, business
               units, and administrations.

The following are the technology cost estimates for each system phase

               PHASE I TO III
Software and application development and server network

               Estimated Cost: $425,799,531

               PHASE IV - TESTING PHASE
Mass Community System Testing Tier IV Data Center for first system testing, which will be
accessible at the World Peace Expo – Estimated rollout date 2021 to 2022)

               Estimated Cost: $201,506,491

               PHASE V - SYSTEM INTEGRATION
               Global Multi-Tier Level System Infrastructure

               Estimated Cost: International Expense

               FULL IMPLEMENTATION
Global Central and Redundancy System Network Infrastructure

               Estimated Cost: International Expense

               TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Mass data storage and instantaneous recall processing systems

Estimated Cost: $46,505,280 from years 2020 Phase II to Phase IV, 2025 (5-years R&D)
