OTHER AND FUTURE FUNDING
PHASE I. TO PHASE IV. FUNDING

Commitments by numerous funders will be required for the planning and development of the
System Core. Phase one – planning; phase two – development; and phase three – public review,
will not commence until phases one, two and three are fully funded.

We are seeking your funding commitment for a duration and amount you feel comfortable with.
Once commitments are secured for phase one through phase three, donation fulfillment letters will
be forwarded.

FUTURE FUNDING

During the System Review Phase, AdvanCN will attempt to procure integration consensus from our
partner nations. Each nation will be responsible for the initial cost of system integration, and

nations that require integration assistance may be required to submit resource bonds, which
AdvanCN will utilize for integration cost.

Additional funding for the System Core project will be required until the System Core is fully
implemented, for which AdvanCN will request funds from all national partners. Once the System
Core is implemented, no further funds will be needed and all outstanding debt reconciled with
resource apportionments based on the 60/30/10 Resource Partition Plan.
