PERMANENT EXILE
Permanent exile results in the termination of all common and global rights (except for the right to
one’s own life), and removal of the individual from society to a secluded inescapable landmass that
has no benefit of community, technology, nor human interaction – except with individuals of like
offense and the same gender (to ensure children are not born into the punishment of their
parents).
The goal of permanent exile is to ensure the safety and security of civil society, and to rid civil
society of predatory human beings.
RE-ADMISSION
Once an exile’s time is complete (Level 4 to Level 2 only), they must submit an application for re-
admission to the community of their choice.
The re-admission application must be approved by no less than eight percent of citizens who
cannot be related by blood or marriage.
Previously exiled individuals may not confirm re-admission.
An Exile’s right to vote may be reinstated after five years.
RECURRING OFFENSES
An exile level should not be repeated, but should be assigned in sequence regardless of the crime,
unless the crime is one punishable by permanent exile – Level 1.
Example: The first offense will yield – Level 4 Exile; Offence 2 – Level 3 Exile; Offense 3 – Level 2
th
Exile; Offense 4 – Level 2 Exile. If an individual commits a 5 offense, he or she would automatically
be assigned Level 2 Exile – 10 years. And any offense thereafter would also yield an exile sentence
of 10 years.
