ENACTMENT COMPLAINTS
To ensure an enactment achieves its planned goal, all complaints filed against an enactment will be
filed with the court. All complaints will go through the complaint process, legal representation will
be provided to the plaintiff, and the complaints analyzed and reviewable by all people when the
enactment is called for its annual or biannual review. If the enactment does not reach its goals,
achieve its mission, causes physical harm, or deprives people of its freedom, the people, based on
the complaints against the enactment should repeal and archive the enactment and remove the
enactment from active law.
MAKING TIME TO VOTE
How will people have time for legislation?
The people will be compensated at their regular Willit compensation rate for the time they spend
reviewing legislation to ensure they are properly informed prior to voting. Page review algorithms
will be designed to ensure page review times are met, and a question and answer section will be
required to ensure people understand the measures within and the goals of the legislation.
Once the question and answer section is completed, legislation review time will be submitted, and
Willits allocated to their account under the heading of Legislation Review with the reference
number of the enactment.
Review times will be set for each page of legislation. Parameters will be set to limit the amount of
legislation to be reviewed within a voting period, to ensure the people have adequate time to
review all legislation.
REMOVAL OF OLD LAWS
Laws are to be removed from active status if they are not confirmed by the people and may not be
held on record in an active status, nor reactivated to be used against the people for nefarious
purposes by any administrative body.
WILLIT CONTROL PROCESS
Willits will not be seized, nor the transfer of funds intercepted nor impeded, nor will the access of
money be restricted without due process and trial.
Business accounts may be temporarily or permanently disabled if one lies about the services they
offer. However, no offering shall be prevented that the people approve of – or that which does not
cause bodily harm nor death to a consenting adult.
