FREE OPEN AND FAIR MARKETS (FOFM)
The x-Change will be the central system for locating and purchasing products and services from
registered companies, production units, and independent producers and service providers. Fees
and commissions for sales will not be charged for listing and selling products in the xChange.
Free Open and Fair markets are standard needs services required by society and a service provided
by the System Core Administration.
Consumer goods and services, and products and services used in production or construction will be
segmented with different access control restrictions.
The xChange will have a graphic interface with categorization and filter options that are easily
searchable based on a consumer’s search criteria – and similar to the display systems of Google,
Amazon, and eBay.
Consumers will have the option to rate the items they have purchased and the customer service
provided by the company, production unit, service provider, or independent producer.
xChange systems will also exist for the purchase of grains and farmed foods – thus commodities
will not be traded in the market place, but commissioned based on production levels, for standard
needs such as breads and cereals.
xChange system employees will receive Willits for their services. The xChange will not charge fees
nor will commissions be paid for placing a good or service in the centralized exchange systems.

STANDARD NEEDS MARKET
Standard Needs goods purchased by individuals who select not to earn equity may not be inflated
nor decreased in price; it must be provided at no less, nor greater than, the True Cost.
