Once the System Core is operational, any new inventions will be documented within the system. All
Invention Teams will be registered and their time tracked to ensure only those actively working on
an invention are compensated, and compensation received if the invention is in use.
PATENT PROTECTION
Patent protections will ensure inventors are compensated for use of their patent by all
manufacturers, but will not prevent the use of intellectual findings.
LOGIC
All material and systems are created by God, thus the discovery of a process is not solely the
creation of the person seeking patent protection, but acknowledgement of the Laws of the
material world, which were set in place from the onset of creation.
No one has the right to prevent the use of knowledge, but one should be compensated for
findings that help to develop additional products and advancements. Thus, the
compensation for patents is acknowledgement of one’s intellect and the energy input for
the discovery, by issuance of Willits (real money).
INVENTOR COMPENSATION
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED WITH COMPENSATION TO ENCOURAGE
INNOVATION.
To encourage innovation, to ensure inventors are never without means or resources to bring their
ideas to the marketplace, Standard Needs Earned Equity inventors will be compensated at their
monthly maximum for as long as their invention, or any fragment of their patent, is used in
production.
I-EFFECT PRODUCT LIABILITY
Products, or production or service units that cause injury or death are placed under stop action
orders until a thorough investigation is completed and the people confirm Judicial Findings. Any
injured parties will be compensated by the individual/s found liable. If an individual is without
means of payment their work equity requirement may be increased to cover the injured parties’
equity quota.
Individuals found liable for product injury (not due to negligence) will be terminated from their
position and employment found for them in another capacity.
