Refunds Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being marked as Shipped or Online Access Enabled.
- Books, DVDs, and videos are non-refundable once shipped from our facility or enabled.
- Donations are non-refundable.
- Your monthly membership may be cancelled at any time and accessible until the end of the 30-day term.
- Other items may have a restocking fee of 15% to 25% if the return was not due to damage on our part.
If you made a mistake while ordering a product, you will be responsible for postage or shipping and the re-stocking fee.

Book Return Policy
Please be aware, books are often shipped from the printer with dented corners, we do not accept returns for books due to edge dents.
